[4-C] Cleansing Nadhis and Cakras This workshop will focus on Yoga Therapy Practices of assessment and application when deciding on the use of techniques to cleanse and rebalance the Nadis and Cakras system. This workshop will highlight:
The Yoga Therapist’s own preparation, focus and ethics
How to enhance our observation skills and establishing rapport with clients during initial and ongoing assessments;
When is it relevant to work on the Nadis and cakra system and how do we use our yoga therapy tools to:
work on prana and the vayus;
Make use of chant and bhavana to cleanse and strengthen the whole person at a deeper level whilst ideally eliminating precipitating causes of suffering
By showing how to release energy blockages we provide insights that empower clients for effective self-management (Svatantra) and wellbeing

Karine Shellshear Karine Shellshear B.A. B Social Studies (Hons 1) Masters Housing (Hons), Diploma in Teaching TAE10, L1000 hr Yoga Teacher Trainer (affiliated to KHYF) 2006; Yoga Therapist 2014 President of the Australasian Association of Yoga Therapists (AAYT) since 2016: previously worked as professional advocate, taught in adult education, currently teaches Yoga and Yoga Therapy.
